Talking to us
Call (02) 9660 1276 for anything urgent, to check stock, to arrange a delivery, or to ask a pharmacist a question. Phones are answered during opening hours by someone in the pharmacy, not a call centre.
For non-urgent enquiries email annandale@mediadvice.com.au. Please do not send clinical details or images of prescriptions by email. Call us instead. To order ahead, use MedAdvisor.
You can also message us on WhatsApp at 0436 454 178 for stock checks and general questions. We reply during opening hours. As with email, please call rather than message about anything urgent or clinical.
Public holidays
We are closed on public holidays. If anything changes for a particular holiday we post it on our Google Business Profile and Facebook page ahead of time.
