What a Webster pack is
A Webster pack is a sealed blister card that holds a week of medicines, sorted by day and by time of day: morning, midday, evening, bedtime. Every square is labelled. You press out one square when it is due, and a glance at the card tells you whether you have taken it.
We pack them here, in store, and the pharmacist checks every card against your current script list before it is sealed. If your doctor changes a dose mid-week, bring the pack back and we will repack it properly rather than telling you to pick pills out.
Who they help
People on four or more regular medicines. People managing a parent’s medicines from another suburb. Carers who need to know at a glance that the evening dose has gone in. Anyone who has ever stood in the kitchen at 9pm genuinely unsure whether they took the tablet.
Setting one up takes a conversation and a copy of your current medicines. After that it becomes routine: your packs are ready on the same day each week, and we will call you if a script runs out before your next pack is due.

Collect from the dispensary, or have them dropped to you, since we deliver free within Annandale. Families often set this up for a parent living locally while they are based elsewhere in the Inner West, and speak to us by phone.

How much do Webster packs cost?
There is a small weekly packing fee on top of the cost of your medicines. Some people are eligible to have it covered, so ask us and we will check your situation.
What if my medicines change mid-week?
Bring the pack back in. We will repack it against the new script so the card is always correct. Never pick doses out of a sealed pack yourself.
Can you include vitamins and supplements?
Usually yes, as long as they are stable in a blister. Tell the pharmacist everything you take and we will advise what can go in.
How do I set one up?
Come in with your current medicines or a list from your doctor, and allow ten minutes with the pharmacist. Your first pack is generally ready within a couple of days.
Can you deliver the packs?
Yes, free delivery within Annandale. We will agree a regular day that suits you.
